From social services, nurses, financial assistance, facility maintenance...THE ABSOLUTE BEST! They go above and beyond to keep you updated and informed about the facility, Covid restrictions and, most importantly, your loved one. My aunt has been there for 5 years. She's 103 and very much alert and independent. I believe if she'd been anywhere else, she would've given up on life. But because of their attention and commitment to allowing her to remain independent, she's actually thrived. Hats off to Decatur Center."
"Decatur Center was the best choice for my mother. The staff was present and on the job to facilitate great nursing and rehabilitative care, unlike a previous facility she had been in. The patients are attended to frequently, with passion and concern. Meals are nicely prepared with optional meal choice items. The staff is courteous, respectful, and attentive to all the needs of the patients and family members. The environment is safe, clean, and fresh, follows covid-19 protocols and there is always a gentleman cleaning and buffing the floors. Thank You, Decatur Center, for all you have done for my Mother."
